By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Margintv, a company registered in Bolivia with domicile at Av. Tumusla N°592 - Galeria Habana "1st Floor, La Paz, Bolivia.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bolivia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of La Paz, Bolivia.
12. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our Site.
